How every plan works
- Contracts run for 6 or 12 months.
- Sites built elsewhere start with a one-off $450 setup: access to the necessary platforms, a private staging copy, a tested deploy process, backups and monitoring connected, and a baseline health check. Already included if WebRen built your site or fixed it in a sprint.
- A small change is one request that takes around 30 minutes, such as a text or image swap, a form tweak, installing a vetted plugin, or a new page from existing blocks. Anything longer is quoted at a fixed price first.
- Advice is free and never counts as a small change. Not sure where or how to change something safely? Ask, and you get a written answer.
- Quotes are always free.
- Unused changes and improvements do not roll over from one month to the next.
- All requests by email, through one channel.
- Extra work is quoted in writing at a fixed price and approved before it starts. Smaller pieces are billed with your next monthly invoice; larger ones are 50% on approval and 50% on completion.
What a plan does not cover

- Design of new sections beyond the existing blocks.
- Third-party integrations.
