These terms cover your use of webren.dev. “We”, “us” and “our” mean WebRen SRL, registered in Romania (CUI 49181562, Trade Register no. J19/535/2023), at Croitorilor 14, Odorheiu-Secuiesc, 535600, Harghita County, Romania; “WebRen” means the same company. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What these terms do not cover
Client work. If you hire us to rebuild a site or look after one on a care plan, that engagement is governed by a signed proposal and statement of work, which set out the price, the timeline, the guarantees and what each of us owes the other. Where those documents and this page disagree, the signed documents win.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read it, link to it and share it. You may not:
- try to gain access to any part of the site, its server or its database that is not made public;
- submit the forms with false details, or send anything unlawful, abusive or automated through them;
- scrape, copy or republish the site’s content at scale, or use it to train a model, without our written permission;
- do anything that would damage, overload or interfere with the site.
We can suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, images and case studies on this site belong to WebRen SRL or are used with permission. The WebRen name and monogram are ours. Case studies describe client projects with the client’s agreement; their own names, logos and screenshots stay theirs.
You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. Anything more than that needs our written permission first.
The free site check
The site checker offers a free, short written report on a website you name. It is a summary of where that site stands on speed, accessibility, SEO, usability, upkeep and security, based on what we can see from the outside, without admin or code access, in a limited time. It is not a full audit (that is part of the Fix sprint) and not a legal or compliance opinion. We give it in good faith and without warranty of any kind, and you should not rely on it for any decision that matters without further advice. We may decline to check a site, and we only check sites you own or are authorized to ask about.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including client sites and tools we mention in the journal. Those sites are not ours. We are not responsible for what they contain or how they treat your data, and a link is not an endorsement.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided as they are. We try to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we make no promise that either is error-free, complete, up to date or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, WebRen SRL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, the free site check or anything you read here, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, data or business.
This section covers the website and the free site check only. Paid work is covered by the written contract for that project, including the guarantees it sets out, and nothing here limits them.
Nothing on this page limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Privacy
How the site handles personal data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time. The new version is published here with a new “last updated” date and applies from that date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute about them will be dealt with by the competent courts of Romania.
